“I've been an Official member for nearly 4 years and Complete was my first Premium program. It was an amazing way to have a guided plan to work towards. The combination of the 3 programs was amazing and made for a balanced and beautfiul experience. I would recommend Complete for a beginner if you take the modifications and start slow through an advanced practice where you will be challenged and definitely see a difference! Looking forward to using the program over and over again when ever I need it.”

“Woooow this is truly the one and only complete my body is on fire I'm not in the middle of the program but I love it !! The balance between challenge and stretch is awesome !! The yin yoga is really what I need!
