“I love the Boho Beautiful Complete videos, because there are 3 different programs. I started with Yin Yoga because I want to gain more flexibility. I think the good thing about the Yin Yoga program is, that it is suitable for everyone. If you are not so flexible (like me) you don't have to go too deep into the different postures the beginning. But as you improve your flexibility you can challenge yourself. Right now I am doing the Yoga Workout which is very tough for me.....I have to take breaks between the different exercises but I hope that over time I can gain more and more strength through this workout. I love Julianas calm and motivating voice! If you have a hard time she reminds you to take a deep breath and keep going! After finishing the Yoga Workout I am excited to try out the Pilates Bootcamp :) One program which I am missing: a normal Yoga program e.g. Vinyasa, etc. Maybe you could do one next time ;)”
