“Love this program the best. It truly is complete. Has all the elements that I love. It’s also great to be able to just do the mini programs separately, the yoga workouts, the Pilates and I especially love the yin yoga in this series. Some days I just do one of them to recharge and get grounded again. Amazing value for three programs in one.”

“I have been doing the you tube videos from BoHo beautiful for around 7-8 months. They are fantastic. I saw they had programs available but didn’t think they would work for me any differently than the you tube. I am 54, on the off ramp to menopause and have two forms of arthritis. I am also in the best shape physically I have ever been. I was gifted a program from these lovely people and picked the complete program. Wow! Wow! I am so thrilled with the full length program! I didn’t realize how much more I can push myself! Also, to tell the truth, the hardest ones so far have been the Letting go and forgiveness ones. I was sobbing. I also need to mention that I went through a divorce at 50 after 25 years of marriage, also being a stay at home mom for decades. I didn’t realize how much pain my body was holding and this is really helping me face the fear and pain in ways I didn’t know were possible! Very much well worth it!”
