“I love the Yin yoga series and it improved my tight hip almost immediately after an hour of practice. I hope you can continue working on this area. However, it’s sometimes difficult to do it as well as Juliana. Please show as some substitute posture as well.”

“Hello Mark and Juliana! I purchased your first program very soon after you released it. I was really waiting for it ! I really loved it, even if taking one hour a day is not easy. I really loved the fact that every day was focused around a central idea. At this day, the mantras of the meditations are still with me in my everyday life. It really forced me to introduce meditation in my routine. I have purchased your new program and I am in the middle of it right now. Always pushing my limits more thanks to you. “So easy to download and the booklet gives you so much advice! Im still on the first week and the yin yoga is so intense i felt so light after doing that and feel like i have more energy.
