“I slowly incorporate these yoga videos into my workout routine. I mainly use them on days I do not want to leave the house to go to the gym. The Yin Yoga is my 4th program that I get from Boho Beautiful. I have only done 1 video from the Yin Yoga program so far. As always, I LOVE the feeling of stretching, and Juliana does such a great job of gently guiding you through the poses and the emotions that might be rising up during your practice. I love these videos because of the beautiful backgrounds they film and because Juliana's voice is very soothing. Boho Beautiful got me into yoga as a way to destress or recover from gym workouts.”

“This yoga journey is just that, a journey. Julianna talks us through all poses.. but with such wisdom and calm that her voice slides into my subconscious and I’m able to receive her messages so deeply. It’s a journey about letting go, forgiving yourself, accepting yourself and this world, and finally finding gratitude for your own life itself. Beyond the spiritual side I have learned new poses and transitions. If you love yin yoga or just want to understand it more this is perfect for you. I know I will be doing these classes over and over so it was very worth the price. Yin yoga is the best way to understand yourself and how you work! I love yin and I loved and will continue to love this essential journey”
