“I already loved the shorter BB Yin Yoga videos before but with these 1hr long classes in which you hold the Yin Asanas für 4 mins you get so much deeper into those muscles and - which was even more important to me - you release very deeply hidden emotions you can then heal and let go. Meanwhile I did some of the classes a few times and I’ll surely keep using them as a very powerful releasing tool! Thank you so much to J&M & team for creating such wonderful programs! ❤️”
