“I used to struggle with the idea of Yin Yoga and had never tried it, until I started the Transform programme (which I adore!) and did the two classes included in the workouts. I found it tough at first but by the end of the second class I'd fallen in love with it. I always feel such deep peace and at least 2m taller after having done it! So it was only natural to continue my journey with the Essential Yin Yoga from Boho Beautiful - it is simply wonderful, I can practice it wherever I am in the world and I fully support the work, attitudes and messages that Juliana and Mark bring to the world. I cannot recommend it enough! Everybody needs a yin yoga journey in their lives :-)”
