“A wonderful selection of healthy, tasty recipes that even my husband… who isn’t vegan, is enjoying! Beautifully packaged in a printable form with pictures for each recipe and easy to follow directions for preparing. The ingredients are mostly readily available (depending of course where you live) and substituting is not difficult. Preparation isn’t time-consuming and the results are delicious I thoroughly look forward to using these recipes over and over. The program has added a new dimension to mealtimes, and it was worth the money I spent on it. Thank you for your inspiration”

“I have been delayed in starting this program completely but have started by not including meat, eggs, dairy. I will be making the recipes in the program and will post some photos when I do. The smoothies look awesome and I have tried a few, they are filling and taste great. thank you, looking forward to trying a full 7 days of this one.”
