“This is my third program I’ve bought from Boho Beautiful. I’ve not rated this program a 5 as I have all the others, the yoga part was fantastic but I didn’t use the food portion as i felt it would be costly as I’m already vegan and the only vegan in the house and my family aren’t..so during the week I was just conscious of what I was eating and I felt the earth challenge was a bit like J&M were preaching.... but I suppose it was targeted for those who aren’t vegan or eco friendly .”

“Hey there, I really love all your content you spread around the world. I did yoga before, but not intensive. I must confess, that I don't really do challenges, I want to enjoy the program so I do a lesson whenever I can and my body craves for it. Because I have a lot of gut issues I try more to drive towards a healthy, nourished and plant based died. But I want to make the change in a way that's not difficult for me and someday will be normal. I guess, that I will do the lessons and meals the whole year and further, especially when I'm alone and sneak it into people surrounding me. One of my key goals is to get away of all that industrial food and issues. For one it destroys the world, but especially our body and health. But most people aren't realizing it, but are constantly constipated. I really have the feeling, that this program helps to flush some toxins in the gut away. At the beginning you feel a little sluggish, but it probably only shows that you need rest and time to regenerate. This program is the best way to incorporate something fantastic, healthy and helpful into your daily routine. I'm looking forward to new programs and nourishing content. “Once again, Juliana and Mark outdid themselves. Both the recipes and the workouts are amazing, amazing. The variations in the workout are perfect, so you can adjust to your own level. I definitely feel waaaay less bloated, my belly is flatter and overall I just feel "clean" - it's hard to explain. The recipes are yummy, I will definitely use them more times and incorporate them into my favourite recipes. I was already vegan, but often I would eat processed foods so it's faster. This program made me go back to the purpose for which I decided to change to a vegan diet: to eat from the Earth and feel connected to it. Thank you, a thousand times, for all the love and work you put in your content, it clearly shows! It's the second program I have purchased from you (aside from being a Pateron) and I will not stop here, for sure. Thank you very much again, much love from Portugal!!”
