“I really enjoyed the 45 min yoga sessions each day and absolutely felt a difference at the end of the 7 days - I was stronger, better range of movement & am able to hold poses for longer. The recipes are great, my whole family is on holidays so they ate what was on the program too! I just told them it was healthy, the Pachaymama rolls, Garden of vegan aoli and the tahini sauce were all big hits. For me I especially loved the breakfasts. I feel really light and vital. I will have all the recipes and yoga classes on high rotation! Thank you Juliana & Mark, I love the Detoxify Program.”

“I love the yoga workouts. They are easy to follow and progressively get more difficult with a day in-between that is a little easier to give your body a bit of a rest. Each workout starts with some stretching/warm-up movements which is great. I always feel super relaxed and recharged after completing a yoga session. The juice/smoothie recipes included look amazing and allow some flexibility with ingredients. I haven't tried them yet, but look forward to it when I eventually invest in a blender. All content can be streamed or downloaded making them easy to access when I'm on the move. I am also able to share with friends which is a super rewarding :)”
