“Thank you for another top quality program. Your yoga is beautifully composed, peaceful and effective. As a vegan, gluten free, peanut free runner and HIIT style exerciser, your yoga is the perfect complement to keep my body lengthened and limber as well as turn on my parasympathetic nervous system which is very important as I suffer from extreme irritable bowel disease. If I could make a suggestion it would be that next year’s program has a variety of workout lengths (10,15,20,25,30,45) helpful for busy days! I also would love to know how often you run, how many weekly miles on average and what kind of running (intervals or tempo) you do. A weekly schedule of how to meet the 150 recommended minutes of cardio ( I don’t think your program would meet that?) Thanks”

“I can not say enough good things about BoHo beautiful, the pre-order and downloading was quick and easy. Juliana never fails to get me moving, I love all her yoga classes and have added this week to my collection. She makes the moves so easy at any age (I can say this because I am 51). “Boho Beautiful I can find enough words to describe how grateful I feel for your “Detoxify” program! It was soooo nice to take 45+ minute classes with Juliana! My absolute favorite yoga teacher in the entire world! All my travels are always accompanied by her yoga videos and my at home practice as well. (Although I’m a member of Glo.com, I still stay faithful to Juliana and love her classes the most)! Your recipes on this program are just amazing and I had so much fun cooking with you.”
