I also loved that there is a morning and an evening class and the charming suggestions Juliana is giving. “One of the things I really like about this program is the inclusion of the different types/styles of yoga. Although I am not completely through the program yet, I have been able to narrow down the type(s) of yoga that work best for me. “This practice deepened my appreciation, commitment, and relationship to the practice of yoga. I was amazed to find one morning that the deep release my body felt during some of the sessions had such an impact as if it was drowning out any sense of anxiety I had for my workday. I loved how Julia was able to introduce different postures, challenges, and encourage opportunities for continued growth within the practice. This is a program that I will do repeatedly to improve my progress, there are many opportunities to grow and excel. Thank you both for this program!”

“I truly enjoyed the Boho Retreat and can easily see myself repeating it. It is a very complex program and while it gives you a great overview on the different yoga practices it is also challenging and really pushes you to the next level in your practice. I loved the spiritual side of the practice and helped me to start 2020 just in the right vibe. Thank you Juliana and Mark for the excellent content created!”
