“I am so happy that I got the chance to start the new year with the wonderful Program Boho Beautiful Retreat. I just have no words how much it helped my already in my daily yoga praxis and in my daily thinking. I already feel a change in my thoughts in a positive way. And I started to experience Yoga in a totally new way for me. Yoga isn't just a physical exercise, with breathing exercises what made me feel good though. It's learning to be in the present, to get to know yourself and how you can improve yourself to be the best version of yourself and how to let go from things that happened.
