“I have only done the first class for now but it was amazing! It really made my body happy. And two days after doing that my body was still sore - which makes me proud because it means that my practise was efficient. I'm so excited do keep going on with the retreat! “I have only done day one but was a bit disappointed in the morning practice as most of it was pretty easy but then at the end you did the crow pose and a head stand which are both way beyond my abilities. I understand we need to be challenged but those poses are very advanced. I am hoping the other classes are somewhat challenging but not to that extent. I also just saw on Instagram that you are offering more free classes for the next 20 or so days , had I known that I probably would not have purchased the retreat . I am curious to see what the rest of the retreat is about though and do appreciate your knowledge and the way you inspire us in so many ways.”

“Never in my life have I felt such a connection with myself. This program is truly unique as it not only focuses on your physical abilities, but casually and gently tests your mental abilities in a harmonious journey through the practice. So much love and energy has been put into it which is no doubtably channeled through the screen. Thank you”

“I received Retreat as a gift and love the program, I am not one to comment but I highly recommend Boho beautiful whatever your age or fitness level. One of my favourite things about Boho Beautiful is that Mark and Juliana take you on a journey all over the world to places most people can never go and seeing the animals, beaches, food and people along with a practice is truly amazing!”
