“Namaste Juliana and Mark I love this retreat, well balanced, with some challenge (and easier modifications) within a great surrounding and accompanied by beautiful music and meaningful words in a serene simplicity, while being very aesthetic. As each retreat video has a special theme, I like to go back to the videos in order to work on certain aspects and asanas that I feel need focus. “I am a professor and have been struggling with the workload of this challenging pandemic, encouraging my students' ability to remain well, and finding a balance of family, work, and Self. I have two beautiful teenage boys and want so much to be the mom that I know 'I Am'. This time of life has presented a challenge to my general health and wellness, which has made me less available to my family than I would ever like to be. Your material (especially the Yin Yoga) has been a lifesaver for allowing me to reconnect with -Me- first and foremost~ and my boys and husband have also joined in for some of my yoga sessions.
