“I loved the retreat, it was a first for me and I feel already much calmer, flexible and stronger. I loved both the physical and emotional experience and process. “I finished the full 7 day retreat and really enjoyed the program. The classes were challenging but not too difficult as a beginner. I was lucky enough to have the time in my schedule to devote 2 hrs a day to yoga + journaling, but if your schedule was busier I would recommend just doing the evening reconnect, 30 min yoga/meditation, and journal exercise. Juliana and Mark put together a thoughtful and well structured program that improved my life for the better. Thank you! My one suggestion for improvement would be to add more text to the guidebook of what the participant should be meditating on/being aware of that day.”

“This retreat program has changed my life. I don’t say that lightly. The first day of the retreat we were to write how we felt, and I wrote in my journal that I felt empty, numb, and that all I wanted from this retreat was to feel something. I got exactly what I was hoping for and so much more. I surrendered myself to this experience entirely and I am so grateful that I did. Doing this allowed me to open myself up to receive answers to questions that I didn’t even know I should be asking myself. The most important revelation I had during this retreat was learning that I need to love myself. That’s my personal struggle and journey so I wouldn’t guarantee that you’ll find that too. However, I am certain that no matter what your journey or struggles may be, if you surrender yourself to this experience, you will find a necessary change within yourself. The fact that this is an at-home retreat, allows you to put what you learn into action right away in the real world. For this reason, I have found it to be just as, if not more effective than any over-night stay retreat. Juliana and Mark, from the bottom of my very full heart, I thank you so much for putting your energy into this experience. I am so grateful that your journeys have lead you to where you are now because what you both do puts so much positive energy into the world and it really has changed my life for the better.
