“I did Retreat after completing twice Boho Transform (which I think is absolutetly the best!). I had high hopes starting this program and those expectations were totally met! It helped me a lot with my anxiety as it brought me to this moment, not to rush through yoga pose, just be and breath. Also I loooved the journaling exercises. Add to that beautiful shots, amaaazing music, I loved the soundtrack and was often listening during the day and in moments of anxiety rising. I loved the idea of morning and night "meetings". Juliana and Mark: thank you so, so much for your work! I can't wait for the next program!:)”

“Dear Juliana and Mark and all your helpers, Thank you so much for this little holidays! I have to say it like this, because this Retreat Program feels like escaping from home. Every single yoga class is different, so you can pick your style with your mood. You've got Hatha, Ashtanga inspired, YinYoga etc. The music is also very well choosen. Besides you've got nice meditations with the beautiful calming voice of Juliana. It is my second boho beautiful purchase and I have to say you really improved yourself. I also love that Program, because it is basically in an App, which makes it very easy to handle! Thank you again and this time I send you love and light! Isabell”
