“Exactly what I needed to get through this very particular time, staying home alone, and looking inwards. A bit difficult to stick to it at first, especially in the morning (I'm more used to getting directly to my breakfast when I wake up) ; but it's really worth kicking your butt for the 2 or 3 first days ! “Hi all just want to share I did retreat program and it was AMAZING! Thank you Juliana and your team it very professionally done. Not many teacher you can connect with. Juliana is the one for me she fantastic as ALWAYS (I am a big follower on YouTube) . Doing retreat at home has it challenges, you are surrounded with your Real life and you are your Real you. Not like if you are on the vacation retreat. No social life where we are often trying to impress others be someone else, be better not real ourselves and you are away from everyday challenges which is often is the reason why you doing yoga just to learn how cooperate with real life. find piece and balance (at least I am) I Highly recommend. It gives yoga retreat the whole new meaning. I was in Nicaragua under that tree twice a day for 7 days. It’s was unbelievable experience. My Next stop is Costa Rica Detox program :) Thank you Juliana for doing your work so greatly. I am blessed to live in the same time with you. You are my inspiration physically and mentally. THANK YOU!”
