“This was an incredible program. I have not been able to physically get through the full hour of the morning practices yet, but i am enjoying what I can get through and will keep doing these videos until I am able to complete the full hour. “I really enjoyed “Retreat” program that I got. I would say it was the best experience in my yoga life. Every day is special as you get 1 hour of yoga and 1 evening meditation or stretching. Juliana challenges you to look within and ask yourself questions that will help your inner growth and hopefully healing. It’s amazing. Yoga is not just about the body but the mind. I am so thankful for this opportunity to experience it with my favorite yoga teacher. Thank you, Juliana and Mark, for this incredible gift. Namaste.”
