“The Retreat Program was everything I had hoped for and more! The week I set aside to complete the Retreat was exciting. I planned it into my day and scheduled the extra time to enjoy the writing and reflection process. I loved how each day was different, and I looked forward to the different yoga practices and journal topic. I especially loved the breathing techniques and different types of yoga moves. I loved it all. I am going to go back and continue parts of it throughout my week. As always, thank you Juliana and Mark!!! SF”

“Nice program, classes are for any level of yoga practicioner and as always Juliana explain very well posture and how to enter in them, improve them and correct ourself, I like very much the quality of the video, thanks to Mark I suppose. The way classes are filmed and video editing give an other dimension to the classes than just a simple video shooting of someone practicing yoga.”
