“I'm halfway through the Boho Transform program and I was delightedly surprised. It lived up to the word "transform" as some of the workouts taxes the body. But unlike other HIIT workouts, I didnt sense that I was putting undue stress on the body. Mostly, and consistent with my experience whenever I do boho yoga, I forget abt burning calories. I simply focus on the moment & how the movement makes me feel.”

“I started following the you tube Channel for my daily workout during pandemic lock-down. The programs are more complete and give you a better chance to make the warm up and the cool down phase. “The Transform program is rightly named, it is truly life transforming. The workouts are challenging, awaken every muscle in the body, toning and strengthening the entire body and mind. The Yin Yoga classes included in the program are pure bliss. Transform did take my fitness journey to next level with the incredible results. I will definitely keep coming back to these workouts.
