“This was amazing. I’ve not done yoga for a few years so I am a bit rusty. This programme was a perfect mix of challenging workouts and relaxing meditations. The daily yoga is just perfect. The meal plan is really good. I’ve been vegan for 5 years and feel like these recipes really brought me back to what being plant based is all about. This programme has definitely changed the way I live and think and I am excited to see what the next one brings.”
