“I really love this program because it give you a little bit of everything in a quick 1 hour work out. Sometimes I feel guilty if I don't work up a little bit of sweat during my yoga practice. With this program you get fitness, yoga flows, and a wonderful meditation each day! Beautiful to watch as well. Great job!! 5 Stars.”

“This is my third Boho Beautiful purchase, after Detoxify and Transform and I think it might be my favourite so far. I love the split between the workout and yoga portions, which makes it so much easier to fit in, and the individual workout lengths are also perfect. This is a wonderful programme if you’re time crunched (like me) and if you’ve maybe fallen off the fitness wagon a little (like me!). This doesn’t mean that it’s easy though — it’s still challenging, which is great as it gives me something to work towards. Inspiring and encouraging. Thank you.”
