“I love the Ten Days Program! The reason I purchased this program because I can download the video on my IPad so I can practice when I travel specially where the countries have difficulties of WiFi access. I have been repeated the 10 Days Program twice and feel very good and energetic of my body. Although some of the movement on the video are hard to do, I believe I will be able to accomplish eventually by keeping practice. Thank you Juliana for always convey the positive and encouraging words to us. I look forward to your new fitness and yoga courses coming soon.”

“I havé done pilates for 25 years. I was dancing with the San Francisco ballet company, had to stop due to injury. I can say I have looked at many videos and workout regimes but I have NEVER found anything this good. So very pleased to find you two. The variety of movements, mixture of every kind of excercisce out there and the importance of stretching. You really know what you are doing and I see the difference after 8 days! Well filmed and tastefully executed thank you for that as well. Please keep up the good work l will be following you.....off to do day 9!!!!! l o v e....”

“Inspiring and diverse, the program keeps you engaged all 10 days and beyond with new and unique exercises I've never done before set in stunning landscapes. The cadence is on point, offering a more relaxing yoga flow if the fitness portion was super challenging, vice versa, etc. so that that is stays consistently (very) challenging, but not overwhelming or discouraging. It is beautifully choreographed and filmed. Incredibly well rounded. Boho Beautiful continues to be my go to for online yoga videos and honestly, I do not feel like others compete. I literally do one of them everyday and tell all of my friends about Boho Beautiful.”
