“Everything is mind-blowing. I love the way each video is designed to perfectly guide you to the next to give you a well-rounded session for everyday. However, I would love it if you have a place for us to ask questions as we follow the program. For example, I follow your eating plan but have real issues with bloating when I eat a lot of nuts to meet my protein need, so it would be great if someone can help with this.”
