“This is an amazing program! All the meditations that I feel I need at the right time. Juliana's voice is super calming and relaxing. I do the meditations after my workouts (obviously with her as well) or even before i go to sleep. It helps to calm my mind and be in the predent moment, tho i am not an expert in the subject, my mind wanders a lot, but i just love to practice a little bit every day.
