“This meditation journey has allowed me to boost my confidence, get on a path of peace, calm my thoughts. I have felt accompanied in this journey with a wise master from whom I can learn a lot. It has been a time to meet my heart and lead a more harmonious lifestyle. This program has met and even succeeded my expectations. It is similar to the meditations published on youtube, only I like that here are also longer introductions to the mediation themes covered that allow to go into the specific meditation and release stress associated with the specific theme.”
