“The Ascension was an incredible journey. I enjoyed every moment of it, even when it was hard ;o) The words, Juliana's and Mark's voices, the exercises, the explanations, everything was just ideally made and perfectly suited. I am also very grateful that I can have access to it even after having completed the seven days. I will surely do the 7-day ascension again and feel happy to have it still with me. “Four years ago I made the choice to get sober….I was a heroine addict…I pretty much lost everything I had and almost everything in me…I searched ways to help with the withdrawals…with the pain, with the anxiety…On many different sites one of the constant ways that kept popping up was yoga! I pulled up YouTube and typed in best yoga videos…I found BoHo Beautiful! And from that day forward…January 20, 2018 I have been following Julianna and her yoga videos..I have purchased everyone of her premium programs…I am subscribed to her channel and her platform…Her beautiful, her radiance, her and love and light has been a huge inspiration along my yogic journey! I have four years sobriety under my belt and I am currently working on my Yoga Teacher Training…Boho beautiful has a big part in my decisions! Amazing program! “We came to Costa Rica on Dec 29 and I made the decision to take these three months to detoxify everything in my life. I also battle alcoholism and I needed to get away take time for me and refocus. Ascension has done exactly that for me, it has brought up so many thoughts and ideas. I get up first thing in the morning and do the first yoga, then just after supper I do the restoritive yoga and the meditation. Thank you so much for helping me on my journey. “This programme embraces the meaning of yoga, unites body, mind and soul. Absolutely amazing, uplifting, beautifully done, only watching the environment and listenig to Juliana's and Mark's guiding voice took me to the inner path and walked me through the journey to reach peace, calm and wisdom to bring out my true self. I feel as a solid and strong point in the center of a revolting world. Thank you both for doing this programme, it took me more than 7 days, because I felt this programme diserved as much effort to accomplish it as much you put in it to ceate it.
