“After listening to the line “you are here to put yourself forward through this life with purpose and love before return back-home” I burst in to tears and that made me think how for the last 44 years I have been pulling myself back with fear & anxiety. But not any more..From the day 5 class , I have found the way out- how to manifest courage and power in order to speak for and express our authentic selves. “Another great program from Boho Beautiful! Very empowering and I learned a lot. I loved having an immersive week of doing two practices a day - but only because I was on holiday so had the time. Personally, though, I found it too much material for each day - I could fit in two sessions but not three of four! But I will repeat the program from time to time doing Juliana's morning session and either Mark's evening session or a meditation. Or I might rotate the meditations in with other sessions that I like, or with the monthly calendars, when I have time for two in a day.”

“This program has really transformed me. I am not even saying that to be dramatic, but I truly feel like a completely different person in the best way. It was such a wild 7 day journey. I went through so many different phases throughout each day. This program was so involved, thoughtful, attentive, intentional, and all that is good. You can feel how much energy and love went into this program and I feel so grateful that I got to participate in it. Juliana and Mark have been such a big part of my life and my yoga practice for the past year and I have deep levels of love and gratitude for the both of them and all they’ve given me.
