“Juliana and Mark gives me every day something special and new. I feel in this Retriet Ascension that i’am getting better. It’s every day a challenge non only for the body but also for the mind. They are always with me on this jorney and they guide me to become a better me. Since 2017 I practice yoga with Juliana every day in my house or in the parks in my cities. “Dear Juliana& Mark! You have done a great job. I am very grateful to you for the wonderful experience! Thank you. I have only done day 5 and therefore do not have a full picture. My first impression after practicing Retreat for a full year is that: 1) the exercises are simpler and 2) overall the morning program is shorter. And I was more interested in growing in the exercises because I am growing spiritually in a different way in addition. I am not disappointed but I understand that for me - I exercise mainly only in the morning (the morning part of the program) - it is not a more physically demanding program. I understand that in combination with the evening session I will be fully satisfied, but I usually don't have that much time during the day (morning and evening) and that is why I exercise every morning. Ps. I wrote an email to you some time ago but did not receive a reply. No problem, but then I also wrote my thanks and feelings about the Retreat program. My warmest hugs to you! Malgorzata.”

“Dear Juliana, dear Mark, many thanks for „Ascension“! This program is really outstanding and meets exactly, what is needed in the world right now. Even my husband (untrained beginner) is doing now Yoga with me. Especially Marks reflection yoga helps him a lot to find his way to do this journey with me. Hopefully also in the future.
