The book and the recipes are great. I even enjoyed reading about Mark and Juliana's transition to vegan eating. I did think I was ordering more of a recipe book so it didn't have as many recipes as I'd hoped but I do love the ones they shared. There are also tips and tricks to get the most out of vegan eating so it is well worth the money.

The recipies are easy to follow, with ingredients you most probably already have in your kitchen or you can buy them in your nearby healthy food store. I also love the table of plants that contain proteins, calcium,... to be able to perfectly prepare every meal of the day to provide your body with everything it needs and deserves to stay healthy and energized. Many people think that vegetarian and vegan food is poor on (especcially) proteins which is quite the contrary. Thank you, Juliana and Mark, for sharing your healthy life style with us and to take care of our well being and the well being of the planet we all live on.

It was easy to find all the information I needed, good and tasty meals and my husband liked too, althought that didn't happened to my daughter (maybe some tips from Xavier will be great). Thank you for all the Detoxify Program and the Happy Healthy eGuide!

An Amazing and thorough look into what, how and why take steps transitioning to a plant based diet. The information lists and break down of the food types and their nutritional value is perfect. I am Blessed to have been raised by a vegetarian Mom who loved her animal friends at 2 yrs old and refused to eat them ever again and I have been one since 1977 I would like to be vegan and don't drink milk but LOVE cheese. I agree with 100% of what is written here and I am grateful to have this guidebook. I LOVE animals and the planet and hope that by my following and sharing this simple knowledge that is presented here the Earth and its inhabitants will be a healthier, happier place to co-exist together. I had a 5 year program to present Organic foods into our areas schools curriculum and teach kids to grow their own food it was a big success and a great start!
