I have tried the recipes in the Plant-Based Eating E-Guide and LOVE all of them. They are easy, not time-consuming, full of wholesome and flavourful foods. Not just for detoxifying but great for everyday meals. My husband and son are not vegans, not even vegetarians and both thoroughly enjoyed every meal.

It‘s a Great Book for everyone who wants to start living on a Vegan diet. The explanations at the beginning are very helpful and also interesting. The tempeh fajitas are my favourite recipe so far

I found it very helpful! I struggled for a year trying to get my vegan diet right but it fell through so many times without the proper nutrition. It’s something I had to do some research and alot of study to get down. It’s great you guys break this down for people who aren’t quite familiar with this aspect. The recipes are a great starting point and it’s well put together!! Thank you very much for everything you do

Firstly, I'd like to say thank you to Juliana and Mark for everything you do! I have purchased before Detoxify program and it was perfect, the best combination of detoxifying 45 minutes yoga practices and unexpectedly useful, interesting and tasty receipts of breakfasts and dinners with additional receipts of juices and smoothies. I cooked all the meal that was suggested and almost all of the receipts are now on my everyday menu:) What I want to say by that is how happy I was when I saw new for me Eating eGuide with even more receipts for the everyday vegan menu. It was very useful to read once again about the main nutrients and to see more arguments for vegan life. What you make right is that you put the links for references, which I will try to send to all my doubting vegan acquaintances. I can say that all the receipts in the book are simple and tasty, with different variations of ingredients if for some reason you can not find smth in your city shops. I really liked and found a useful Grocery list and the meal plan was curious and good to follow when you have time. For now, I have already cooked most of the breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks, that are soooo perfect!!! The boho beautiful smoothie bowls.... are just so yummy, now I have three variants in my menu! Power balls, hummus as snacks are great ideas! You, guys, helped me to diversify my vegan menu, to make it tasty and fun! Thanks a lot from all my family for everything you do. It is very deep, smart and full of incredible energy and light!
