I love how all the important nutritional advice is mentioned but kept straightforward. Finally, nutritional advice that is enjoyable to read. And I love the easy, manageable recipes. They have managed to motivate and excite a novice cook!

I love it! It's been so amazing to incorporate into my everyday life. I have not been following it strictly since I don't eat a few things on there (but I am trying!) and since I am not a vegetarian or vegan as of yet, I am slowly making my way into eating less meat and dairy products and find this has been the best way to help me to do that. I am already feeling so much better, mentally and physically thanks to this eating guide, so thank you Julianna and Mark!

Great book, I particularly appreciated that the first picture was exactly what I bought the same morning, not esoteric, rare and expensive products. Yes, we can do wonders with peppers, carots, mushrooms and salads. I also appreciate your videos and the positive energy you bring.

Hi guys Thanks so much for a great recipe book. I’m enjoying it so much even though I’m not vegan or vegetarian. My only criticism would be to take extra care when listing the ingredients needed for each recipe and see that they are in fact used in the instructions and vice versa. For instance the candied almond spinach salad does not mention cranberries in the list of ingredients but then mentions them in the instructions. Also go through each and every recipe and make sure all the ingredients are listed in the grocery list. I found myself having to go back to the store especially to buy cacao powder and puffed rice cereal when I wanted to make the protein balls and had already made my purchases the day before. Otherwise I really like that it’s not too long a book and there are just enough recipes to get one going on this plant based diet. And very beautiful imagery. Well done. Hope that helps. Cheers
