This eGuide inspired me to transition to the vegan diet right away since the moment I read it. I was considering doing it for a while but I didn't have enough knowledge to do so and make sure I am eating healthy and properly. The guidance, tips, ingredients lists with full descriptions and recipes are a wonderful support when taking first steps going vegan. I love this book, it made the conversion to plant based so smooth and simple. Explaining the importance of veganism in such a compassionate way for not only our bodies but for our beautiful planet. The recipes in here will have you in & out of your kitchen in 30 or less.

Super program and very versatile. Moreover, after only 2 weeks of regular practice (3 times per week), I found posture amelioration. Another "side effect" is concentration and focus improvement in all life aspects. So grateful.

I was so happily impressed with the plant based eating guide and the detoxify program. All the recipes were so delicious, simple and fulfilling. The yoga was deliciously intense and I felt myself getting stronger every day. After the seven days were over, I kept going over it again and again, redoing yoga videos and making my favourite recipes. I quickly reached my goal weight and felt a million times better than when I first started. It was definitely worth the investment and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a detox that actually feels good and fun. My favourite go-to recipes are the choc cauliflower smoothie, the avo toast, the broccoli soup and the healthy pancakes. So good! The best part of all was how kind and gentle the wording is. A great and immensely important reminder to bring love to this journey of connection with our bodies and the earth. Thank you Juliana & Mark for lighting my life and that of so many others with what you do blessings and gratitude! X
