“I’m a former career entomologist who spent 35 years using a binocular dissecting scope with incandescent illumination. LED lighting had not yet been “invented” and the most advanced illumination was fluorescent. Upon using the new LED ring light, I am impressed with the color temperature, “coolness,” and compactness of this light source. You just can’t beat it for the price. My only suggestion is to make the power cord longer!”

“This light is stronger and less shadows than my old one. Also, this light cost less than two of the light bulbs for my oldest light. I have not made photographs yet so I cannot comment on the color temperature, but hope all is perfect also. It is also great not having a goose-neck always in my way when try to dissect or move objects. It is also great not to hear a fan running and the heat generated by my old light.”
