“As this was only a sample I couldn't tell you if it was going to make me feel any better so I can only review the shake. It was easy to mix using a vortex mixer. It tasted ok, not amazing and it did have a chalky aftertaste and a bit gritty on the teeth afterwards. The sample could have nutritional information even though it was only a sample. Not sure if I would buy a full pack tbh. Maybe with a discount as a first time buyer.”
