Our ingredients list are included on the website so we're sorry that you didn't notice that the shake includes a thickener which is very commonly used (Xanthan gum <1g per 100g)
Our shakes are slightly sweetened with a very small quantity of sucralose (0.12g per 100g) to mask the bitterness of the herbal ingredients included, so that they are more palatable and can be enjoyed on a daily basis. We tested and trialled with various natural sweeteners however they did not result in a good taste. We felt that upon balance, it was better to offer a product that is enjoyable to be consumed on a daily basis, and therefore encouraged our customers to take the product daily to benefit from the 30 high quality, sustainable ingredients that have been specifically chosen to support women during perimenopause and menopause.
