“I was a bit cautious after some reviews commented on taste and texture. I mix with almond milk mainly and I find it’s fine. Different to my usual protein shake but would expect that with additional ingredients. I have also mixed into yogurt and smoothies. I week in and I feel my mood is better and my fatigue has lessoned. Just to let you know that we currently working on a 30 serving pouch so that it will last a month and we are also developing a Vegan Vanilla MenoShake which will also be launched later this year too and that will be a 30 serving pouch too, as we recognize that 20 servings do not last a month if you are taking the shake daily, however, you can save 12.5% on every pouch if you subscribe to either a 20 day or 30 day cycle.

However, two dessert spoons measure approximately 25g, but we’d recommend you check this the first couple of times to make sure you are mixing the right amount in order to ensure optimal taste and texture. We would also recommend mixing the shake in a protein shaker bottle or blender for best results. Our Protein Shaker Bottle comes with a metallic ball for optimum mixing and you can purchase this on our website but there are other retailers that sell protein shaker bottles too.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. As a small family-run business, we are passionate about supporting women through menopause.
One of the hardest questions to answer is how quickly you will feel the benefits of taking nutritional supplements and it really depends on your starting point. Based on your purchase date, we would recommend giving the shake longer than 14 days to start feeling the benefits because some people notice a difference almost immediately and for some, it takes longer.
Nutritionists always recommend that you should take a supplement for at least 12 weeks for it to start being really effective, however, more often than not, you will probably start to notice changes before that.
The taste of the MenoShake differs from conventional protein shakes, due to the inclusion of over 30 ingredients, in particular, herbal ingredients but persevere because you will reap the benefits over time.

It also contains Pysllium husk and Golden Flaxseed which have been included to support weight loss due to the high fibre content which keeps you fuller for longer. Finally, the Chocolate MenoShake also contains Marine Collagen which has a stronger flavour. However we are bringing out a vanilla flavour later this year which will not contain marine collagen, which will be totally vegan. You might prefer the taste of this shake more and we would be happy to send you a pouch when it is released. The Menoshake contains high fibre ingredients Psyllium Husk and Golden Flaxseed, which have been included to support weight loss and for healthy digestion and a healthy colon. These ingredients contribute to intestinal transit and function and they also contribute to stool softening and bowel regularity. It may take a few days for your stomach to adjust to these ingredients and many of our customers have commented on how these initial symptoms settle down quite quickly and that their digestion has improved significantly as a result. We just wanted to make you aware that it is most likely the inclusion of these ingredients that have caused you initial stomach problems, however, we really hope that you will persevere with The Menoshake so that you can start to feel the real benefits of taking the Menoshake over time.
