Regarding the resealable bags, the reason we don’t include a reseal at the top of the 1kg packs is that they are tailored primarily to our business customers in the hospitality industry (they make up more than 95% of purchases for 1kg products) and they usually churn through the packs so quickly that they don’t need a resealable option. We make them available to everyone because we know there are families like yours out there as well who love Bondi Chai and a 1kg pack suits them better than the smaller options. We included the resealable top on the 500g and 250g packs as they are primarily purchased by chai lovers who like to enjoy it at home and usually work their way through the packs at a much slower rate and need to seal in the freshness for longer.
We recommend keeping your chai in an airtight container to maintain the freshness of the powder.
