Thank you for taking the time to write & review our product, I'm so pleased to hear it was a great experience for you. We appreciate your suggestion to use more environmentally friendly packaging but as our product does not contain an anti caking agent, it would go hard in a cardboard box. This is why we use the air tight foil pouches to maintain freshness.
