“pretty reasonable support, not quite enough for me as i prefered: Champion Action Shape Top - 34D/DD Black for running. not a massive fan of the clasp up method at the front.”

“Im a 36E, and run about 20 miles plus a week. I've used Panache and Shock Absorber before, and they've been pretty good for support, but don't come close to the Enell. Ok, so it's expensive, but if what you want is as little movement as physically possible, then this is the one for you. I ordered a size 2 to begin with, but it was loose around the upper area. A size 1 seems the best. It was a battle to get on first time (start with bottom hook up), but has got easier and now isn't a problem (a little undignified 'smooshing' is involved!). I wear it with a vest top, racer back, anything looks fine and there's almost no wobble! My only misgivings are comfort. In short runs, perhaps up to 5 miles, it's been brilliant. However, on odd occasions on longer runs, the sheer tightness of it seem s to limit my breathing a little (have only felt this a couple of times, so maybe just adjusting to it). There are nice wide straps (they bear almost no weight, as support is in the main body of the bra) which are comfy, but again, on longer runs (10k+), I've felt a little chafing on one side. Good old Vaseline has helped. Summary... Fab support, but the pay off is that it's a little like a Victorian corset and not overly comfortable. However, I'm happy with it, as excess jiggling is more uncomfortable!!”

“A fantastic bra that really does offer the necessary level of support for running. This is the second Enell bra I have bought as I have been so pleased with them. I bought a Shock Absorber the other week and whilst it gives your boobs a more normal shape, it doesn't compare for support. Enell all the way!!”

“Best bra I have tried them all. Im a large 34G, there is some bounce but not to much, straps are wide and very comfortable and give good support don't dig in or rub, the bra does not ride up or twist or move around all in all well worth the money fab fab fab!!!!”
