“I have been relying on this sports bra for many years as the only one in which I feel comfortable and confident without feeling constrained or pushed out of shape. I was worried when I realised that Shock Absorber had been taken over (by Champion) but my bras in the new branding seem to function just as well, so the only downside so far has been that these bras became very hard to get hold of for a while. Hopefully supplies will be more reliable going forward.”

“I ordered the shock absorber because i was looking for a sport bra with a food firm support. i read all the reviews and i had high hopes. well i am a 32 G and that is what i ordered ( they don't have above G in the 32 ). the made of the bra was good quality and the band fitted me well but the cup size was small so i had to return it back. I am sure that this bra will work for those with smaller breasts but not for big-chested women. i guess i have to stick with my Enell.”

“After giving my measurements I was recommended to try a 34GG. I ordered a 34GG and a 34H. What was delivered was a 34GG (which was too tight) and a 38D, which was on a 34H hanger. I duly returned both with the pre paid label provided by Boobydoo, and reordered a 34H delivered next day by way of an apology for getting the wrong bra. However, my new purchase was again a 38D bra on a 34H hanger. I returned this also and just got a refund. This may have been a problem with the supplier bit I hopes that someone would have checked the hanger/bra before dispatch.I have since received the correct bra from another supplier and it fits perfectly. I have had other sports bras from Boobydoo and had no problems.”
