“Good evening,
I am writing to express my complete disappointment with the scheduling process. My commute to the location takes 40 minutes (20 miles), and upon arrival today, there was nothing scheduled, despite the website allowing bookings for this date.
Unfortunately, this experience has left a very poor first impression. Therefore, I would like to request the cancellation of all future bookings, including today's, as I no longer feel confident in making the trip without knowing for sure if the 3v3 will take place.
I await a full refund. Thank you.”
