“Not what we were expecting and nothing like the pre-camp information or video.
After feeding back to Next Thing Education after the first day, about:
There were two structured activities before lunch and my son reports that his group were not able to get:
•All the pieces needed
•Powered pieces (the batteries were not working)
•There were no spares
•Some of the main pieces didn’t work
I got no response.
No reply the next day to my website chat message.
No reply on the next day of camp, despite highlighting concerns and lack of response at drop off.
Day two of camp (having had a day break in between) was no better - and of three children who attended they wouldn’t want to go again. They have other camps they much preferred.”
