We are sorry that our club was not the right fit for your child’s individual needs. As discussed, your child requires dedicated one to one support, which they receive during the school day. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide one to one support within our enrichment clubs.
For clarity, our sessions are staffed safely and responsibly. On the day in question, two adult staff members were supporting a group of ten children, which is more than sufficient for an activity based enrichment setting. However, this staffing level does not allow for continuous individual one to one supervision.
We always aim to be transparent with families so expectations are clear and the most appropriate provision can be chosen. We wish you and your family all the best in finding a setting that better meets your child’s needs.

“It was ok. The disappointing thing was that lots od the motors didn’t work so my son’s robot he spent 50 mins building didn’t work. The staff eventually found motors that worked but then it was time to clear up by the time his worked so hw had very little time to enjoy playing with it.”
