Which activity or class did you attend? Olympics themed Pop Up Play Village at the Windsor Library
We had a blast! There were so many themed set ups to play with. They were all so thoughtfully presented, and had a variety to choose from that all the children had a center to play with and enough in each center for multiple children to play together. My little guy really enjoyed himself, and it was really nice to have the opportunity for him to play with and alongside other children, his age. We signed up for the next pop up immediately after it became active. We are looking forward to it! Thank you for providing this opportunity!

Which activity or class did you attend? Pop Up Play Village - Windsor Scout Hall
Lots of lovely toys, props and crafts to play with. Lizette's attention to detail was excellent. For example, there were cafe menus showing pictures of all the items of food and drink you could actually play with, allowing truly engaging role play, with an extra touch that they also included the French and Spanish words. And of course the best bit, you don't have to clear up! ;)

Which activity or class did you attend? Pop-up village
This would be a good event if your children are older. The age rating says 0-8 but a child would need to be at least 18 months to benefit. The play area in the library was too small and crammed with people. Unfortunately £8 is too high a price for this, especially when you can go to soft-play for cheaper which are more spacious and often have "imagination rooms". This was also straight after Rhymetime at the library which was a free event and great fun for kids so it made for a stark contrast between them.

Hello, It’s Lizette from Pop Up Play Village. I am really sorry that your experience with us was not as you expected. We always work hard to ensure the best play session for the families visiting us. As you may know we are part of a Franchise business model so our village has been very well designed, studied and conceived for children 0 to 8 years old. We always provide a baby area where a baby can find very colourful, flashy, baby orientated toys. As well, I chose Staines Library as a venue because it is a well lit, spacious building. For that play session we had only 13 children with one adult each and two additional adults - in total 28 people. I politely disagree with the idea of crammed space. We always listen and will be grateful for any constructive, well intentioned criticism, therefore we will refund your money back if I can have your details. Kind regards, Lizette
