“I booked this session and it had been cancelled with late notice 7.47am for a 10.30am booking on Monday, with taking child to school etc e-mail wasn't received until I returned home. I spent so long looking to see if I'd got the correct venue and asking about it, a disappointed child and a very annoyed grandparent! I will never use this service again, I just hope I get the refund!”
