Which activity or class did you attend? 1hr free roam sensory session.
My (almost 2yr old) wee boy absolutely loved his session today! He made some friends too with the other toddlers around. There was lots to see/feel/hear and do. My wee boy just wanted into the ball pit constantly, definitely a favourite of his as well as the water wall! Everything was explained well and it was so nice we got shown around quickly at the start so we knew what was available. Will be back for sure.

Which activity or class did you attend? An hour class
Is a pleasant place to know the strength of the children especially the autistic child or children experiencing developmental delay

I love the sensory hub. My baby is 16months. We’ve been going since she was tiny. It’s the perfect place for babies. It’s so calming and relaxing. A very nice experience for parents and their kids ❤️

Which activity or class did you attend? 0- 5
Jamie has been going to Sensory Hub for several months and his enthusiasm has never faltered. I really like the little changes that are made week on week eg light ball to light cube. He notices them all. The Halloween room was a refreshing touch this week. And it's heartwarming the way other parents are so understanding of his special developmental needs. It makes him feel very safe and comfortable.

Which activity or class did you attend? Sensory room exclusive use
The sensory room itself is great. But the customer service or lack of from the owner is a disgrace. I had spoken to a lovely girl on instagram and booked an exclusive slot for my babies 1st birthday celebration(not a party) just him and his wee baby friends having fun and then giving them cake and snacks afterwards. When I arrived, the owner looked at me as I had 3 heads. She advised we don’t do parties, I advised it wasn’t a party just a get together(as discussed previous) she then said they shut after our ‘session’ was over. I have never been spoken to by someone I’m paying a service for, Nevermind anything else. She also didn’t acknowledge my baby or any of the other kids. She did try to rectify the situation by asking a member of staff to stay on for a short time, but never apologised for speaking to me like rubbish. You have lost custom from at least 10 families. Such a shame, could’ve been avoided with a different attitude.

Which activity or class did you attend? Sensory hub
This was my second visit with 7.5 month son, unfortunately I felt the space was to busy this time. It's great that 2 adults are allowed in but downside they take up alot of space. Place was also really cold in all areas during the session.
