Which activity or class did you attend? The sensory hub
Visited the sensory class after seeing a video on tiktok and it was absolutely fantastic! My 10 month old really enjoyed it! Would highly recommend and we will 100% be back.

The space itself is lovely and my autistic son enjoyed exploring the different rooms. The customer service or lack of however has put me off returning. The woman was really rude to me and my older children so we definitely won’t be back.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Cannot fault it! 5 stars, would give 6 if I could! Will be recommending to all that have children under 18 months and under.

Which activity or class did you attend? 0-5 stay and play
As fist time attenders we were welcomed and given all the information we needed. The sensory hub was clean and well equipped. There were just the right number of people for the size of sensory hub. My wee one enjoyed all the areas

Which activity or class did you attend? Sensory stay and play
Couldn’t make it due to damage on roads due to the storm. Tried to make contact multiple times to reschedule. Messages were opened but not replied to. Not very helpful or good customer service.

Which activity or class did you attend? Sensory Hub 0-5 years
Had a brilliant experience here with my 7 month old. He was totally engaged for the full session and loved the wide variety of sensory toys and experiences. Thank you to the lady on the door who was very friendly and helpful.

Which activity or class did you attend? Sensory Hub play session
We absolutely love coming to the Sensory Hub. My 1 year old enjoys exploring all the different areas and the different themes make it even more engaging as there’s often new things out each time we come. The only thing I’d love to see to make it even better is some of the hard, pointy edges covered to make it feel a bit safer. With a little one just learning to walk we had a few near misses last time we were there. I appreciate the steps are a hard one to change but some foam edging in a couple of places would make all the difference, e.g. the wooden box on wall in back corner. We still love coming though, it would just make it more enjoyable for me as I could relax a little more and worry less.
