“Opened after 10am (late), too short, parking issues, not too inclusive with children. There were certificates given to children, however as we were there for the first time, it felt we were pushed aside; very cold premises. Personally we are not going back.”

Thanks for leaving a review of your experience at Sing and Sing. We have reached out to them and they have sent the below in response:
"Thank you for taking the time to come along to our Christmas special, and for your feedback. The doors did open at 10am, as advertised, and the class ran for 45mins with a little extra time given for mince pies & hot drinks at the end. All children were given a Christmas present, but some children (those who had completed a full Sing & Sign term) were given certificates too. These would normally have been given the previous week but unfortunately this wasn’t possible this term. I am sorry if your child felt in any way excluded by this. As regards to parking; unfortunately there is no parking at this venue, but there are two public car parks within close walking distance and I’ll be sure to make that clearer in future communications. The premises was heated to its usual temperature and the teacher informs me that there were no known issues with the heating system, but I will cross check this with our venue owners and feed back to them. We would love the chance to welcome you back and feel sad that your first experience wasn’t as good as you’d hoped!
